Tell us about a weakness in Checkpoint, a worry about how your visit details were handled, or someone misusing the product. Your name and address are optional.
What to report
- A security weakness in a Checkpoint page, the kiosk or the API.
- Another visitor's details shown to you, at a kiosk, on a page or in an email.
- A person using Checkpoint for something they should not do.
- Anything else putting personal data at risk.
What helps us act
Say what you saw, where (the site, page or screen) and when. Do not send passwords, card numbers or another person's details. If you are testing a weakness, stop once you have shown it, and do not read, change or keep data you do not own: research done in good faith within these limits is not pursued.
What happens next
The team reads every report. If you give an address, you get an answer within three business days. Without one we have nowhere to reply, and the report is acted on the same way.
